At Orange County Kwik Dry, there is no “nickel and diming” or false advertising. Our pricing is affordable, honest and upfront.
To prove our point, here is the fine print, right off the bat:
We have an $99 minimum. If what you want cleaned falls below our minimum, look around and ask yourself, “Do I have anything else that I want cleaned?”
*All pricing includes small furniture moving only.*
• Moving of large furniture—additional $50
(We will NOT move extra-large furniture, including entertainment centers, china cabinets, dressers, beds, etc.)
• Hazardous Cleanup—additional $50 (e.g. blood, vomit, feces, etc.)
• Picking up of mess on floors—additional $50 (e.g. toys, clothing, garbage, etc.)
• Last Minute Cancellation/Re-booking Fee: $50 (within 24 business-hours before appointment time)
• High Rise – Apartment – Condo – Townhome Fee: $30 (for transporting equip.)
• Property Manager Fee: $30 (charged only if property manager requires screening before entering premises)
• Excessive Vent Height Fee: $50 per job (vent registers that are in excess of 10 feet high)
Carpet Cleaning

Oversized or L-shaped rooms, living-room / dining-room combinations are considered 2 rooms.
(up to 150 sq. ft per room)
• Whole House: $249 (includes 5 rooms & hall – up to 150 sq. ft per room & 45 sq. ft per hall)
• Additional rooms: $55
• Single room: $60
(only with any of our other services performed)
• Stairs: $6 ea (per 36″ wide step)
• Stair Landings: $10 (up to 9 sq.ft)
• Walk in Closets: $20 – $30
• Hallways: $20 – $30
(up to 45 sq.ft)
• Area Rugs / Oriental Rugs: $0.75 / sq.ft
Area Rugs are cleaned on site. (No worries of moisture on wood floors.)
Upholstery Cleaning

(up to 6 linear feet – $20 per additional linear foot after 6 feet)

• Standard L-Shaped Sectionals: $20 per linear foot
• U-shaped Sectionals: $20 per linear foot

• Extra Decorator Pillows: $10 each
(up to 2 pillows per sofa are free)
• Dining Room Chairs: $15 – $30
Air Duct Cleaning
Includes Cleaning, Deodorizing, & Disinfecting.

•$249 (includes up to 10 vents)
Prices include removing, washing, and replacing of all registers. Rotobrush simultaneous brushing and vacuuming at the source of every arm and plenum of duct HVAC system. Disinfecting for mold, mildew, and virus removal.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
Includes Cleaning, Deodorizing, & Disinfecting.

•$129 First 2 Areas (Deep Clean & Sanitize First 2 areas up to 200 sq. ft.)
• Additional areas or greater than 200 sq. ft. will be charged $0.75 / sq. ft.

• Shower Walls and Floors: $1.50 / sq. ft
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Includes Cleaning, Deodorizing, & Disinfecting.
Starting at $129
• Exiting Thru Side Wall (max 8′ height): $129
• Exiting Thru Roof or Side Wall over 8′: $179
Prices include removing dirt, dust, and lint from the dryer vent. This helps improve the dryer’s efficiency and reduces the risk of fire.
